The restaurant's menu offered the usual fare you'd find in most seafood restaurants and the prices were reasonable. We ended up ordering the following:
(Apologies for not taking pictures of everything served, I was occupied with trying to catch fish and I didn't plan to blog about it initially)
I wasn't sure how it was prepared( I couldn't remember what the menu says) but it's most probably baked. I chucked a few shells open and ate the contents and they were ok, the taste reminded me of sea water. I'm no seafood expert but I have tried oysters elsewhere that actually tasted better.
Tinolang Tanguige(Kingfish/Spanish mackerel)
I tried the dish and it was ordinary. I could order the same dish from a carenderia near IT Park which tastes better(then again, it's probably full of MSG). The dish could use a little more seasoning or spices.

The squid was ok. I don't know if it's seasoning or spices that's missing but it really didn't stand out.
Sauteed(?) Prawns
I'm guessing it's sauteed (with the usual spices) because I never tried it. The last time I ate prawns my throat swelled and I couldn't breathe. Maybe you can tell me if it's good.
Calamares
The calamares tasted like the same calamares served in beer joints that you'd frequent in Mango. There's not much to say here.

I was a bit disappointed with the milkfish since I was excited to eat it, being that we caught it from the pond ourselves. It just looked like plain boring fish, although I discovered that the belly was filled with tomatoes, onions, spring onions and other stuff later. I didn't even realize that there were spices in the belly while I ate it, not until we consumed that part of the fish.
The food was mediocre. Perhaps I'm just not the seafood kind of guy? Maybe. One thing was certain though---we still enjoyed the food since the excursion in its entirety was fun. The fishing experience made up for the lackluster food that was served.
